MODELS AND FEATURES

The TP series includes three models, each tailored to a wide range of work requirements and backed by a one-year extendible warranty. The machines come equipped with two pre-installed steel blades, a stopper for fixing the rod to prevent deformation during bending, and a square pin that supports the stopper under bending pressure. The bending pin, made from special cemented and tempered steel, is ideal for stirrup production and works with bars up to Ø 12mm. Additionally, three bush holder pins and a set of bushes are provided, enabling precise bending radii for each machine model. The set of bushes is crucial for larger bars (Ø 15mm and above) to ensure the bending radius is three times the diameter of the bar.

Other essential features include two pins to adjust the bending angle, Allen keys for easy maintenance, an electric pedal for hands-free operation, and wheels for mobility. For safety, each machine has emergency stop buttons positioned on opposite sides, and long carriages are provided to enable double bending.
