To ensure secure bending, the ST-16 features a stopper that fixes the rod on the work surface, allowing stress relief before bending and preventing deformations. A square pin complements the stopper by countering the forces during the bending process. The stirrup bending pins, crafted from hardened and tempered steel, ensure tight bending radii and can handle bars of up to Ø 12 mm or Ø 8 mm for different applications.
For enhanced precision, the machine comes with three bush holder pins and a set of bushes, which support the rod during bending while allowing it to rotate without friction. Each model’s bush set is designed specifically to achieve the correct bending radius, which should be at least three times the diameter of the rod. The machine also includes two adjustable pins for setting the bending angle, a set of Allen keys for maintenance, and an electric pedal that allows hands-free control for the operator. Additionally, there is a flying plug for easy electrical connection and two emergency stop buttons located on opposite sides for immediate shutdown when needed. A stirrup measurer is included to precisely determine the length of each stirrup side.
Available in both single-phase and three-phase versions, the ST-16 stirrup machine offers flexibility for different power requirements.
