SPIRALS MACHINE

The Toro spiral machine is designed to efficiently create circles, spirals, and arches from large-diameter bars. It offers a versatile and user-friendly alternative to traditional calendering systems and is highly valued by companies both in Italy and internationally. The machine is ideal for medium and large construction sites, but it also excels in smaller, non-structural projects, such as producing support spirals for pillars. Equipped with a selectable two-speed motor, it ensures precision, efficiency, and safety in every operation.

MAIN FEATURES

The CAL35 can handle rods with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 32 mm, providing flexibility for a variety of construction needs. It has the ability to create circles with unlimited bending radii and spirals with adjustable diameters ranging from 15 cm to over 200 cm. The two-speed motor ensures quick and accurate bending of smaller diameters, while providing enough power for larger bars, guaranteeing optimal performance. The work surface is composed of three heat-treated alloy rollers, ensuring a long lifespan and a firm grip on the bars during the bending process. The CAL35 can be customized for either horizontal or vertical production, depending on the specific site requirements.

For added versatility, the machine is also available in a tiltable variant, which simplifies the creation of spirals by developing them horizontally instead of vertically. This design facilitates easier handling and speeds up production for specific tasks, offering greater flexibility in the workplace. The first photo shows the standard vertical model, while the second image illustrates the horizontal version, which is specifically designed to streamline the creation of spirals.

EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL DETAILS

The CAL35 comes with a set of Allen keys for maintenance, a double electric pedal to control the rollers in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, and a flying plug to ensure secure electrical connection. It also includes wheels for mobility and two emergency stop buttons located on either side of the machine for immediate shutdown if needed. The machine can also be equipped with an optional small-diameter kit, allowing it to process rods as thin as 6 mm, which can be easily installed and removed as needed.
